At Arvada Triathlon Company, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your next race. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached; wetsuits must be free of fingernail tears or lubricant residue.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your gear in its original box to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our technicians inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
