How do I know which wetsuit size to order?
We recommend using our specific brand size charts located on each product page. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort or contacting our gear experts for a personalized fit consultation.
What is your return policy on performance gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and nutritional products must be unopened and have all tags attached.
Do you offer international shipping for bikes and heavy equipment?
Yes, we ship worldwide. However, oversized items like bikes and indoor trainers may incur additional freight charges. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All technical gear and apparel sold by Arvada Triathlon Company are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. We are happy to assist you in facilitating a warranty claim if you encounter any manufacturing defects.
Do you offer professional bike assembly for shipped orders?
Bikes shipped directly to consumers require some assembly. We recommend taking your bike to a certified local mechanic for professional assembly to ensure safety and maintain warranty validity.
